During the Sunday Celebration Service, drama, multi‑media, contemporary music and practical messages are used to present the timeless truths of the Bible at a level easily understood.

5. Will I have to say anything, sign anything, give anything, or be singled out in any way?

You can rest assured that you will never be put on the spot, never singled out, never embarrassed. If you are a guest, you will be encouraged not to feel obligated to give financially. We hope you will let the service be our gift to you. The financial support of our church is the responsibility of our members and those who consider Highlands Community Church to be their church home. As our guest, we only ask that you complete your Welcome Card ‑ found in your bulletin. Please place the completed welcome card in the offering basket at the end of service. You won't be pressured to sign anything else unless you place your child for care in our children's ministry, and then for security reasons, we have to get some basic information.

6. What about my kids‑do they come in with me or is there something going on for them?

Our children's program provides a caring, quality experience for infants through six years simultaneously with our services. Your child will receive high levels of attention while having fun and learning.

What We Believe...

In essential beliefs-we have unity.

"There is one Body and one Spirit ... one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all... " Ephesians 4:4-6

In non-essential beliefs-we have liberty.

'Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters ... Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls... So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.. So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. " Romans 14:1, 4, 12, 22

In all our beliefs- we show charity.

"If I ... hold in my mind not only all human knowledge but the very secrets of God, and if I also have that absolute faith which can move mountains, but have no love, I amount to nothing at all. " I Corinthians 13:2 (Ph)
